ZK77 Game Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your ZK77 Game login credentials — including your password and any linked JazzCash, Easypaisa or other payment method credentials — secure and confidential. You must not share your account details with any other person or allow anyone else to use your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, or that your credentials have been compromised in any way, you must notify ZK77 Game support immediately. The platform will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification

ZK77 Game may at any time request that you verify your identity before processing a withdrawal or if account activity raises any concerns. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending review.

Account Closure

You may request to close your ZK77 Game account at any time by contacting player support. Any verified PKR balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending review.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Deposit section of the platform. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used and may be updated by ZK77 Game from time to time without prior notice.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. You may be asked to verify your identity or payment method ownership before a withdrawal is released. Currency

Game Malfunctions

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a session is disconnected mid-round, the game round will be resolved based on the state of the game at the time of disconnection where technically possible.

Live Casino

Live Casino tables — including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack and Dragon Tiger — are operated by third-party live dealer studios and streamed to the ZK77 Game platform in real time. The rules of each table are governed by the studio operating the stream. ZK77 Game is not responsible for decisions made by the live dealer studio during a session but will investigate any disputed outcome raised by a player in good faith.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Conditions
